WhatsApp automation

Your WhatsApp replies on its own at 3 am. People close in the morning.

The chatbot handles the standard questions, the queue hands the lead to an owner with a deadline, and the CRM stores the next step.

What is stuck today

Automation is not disappearing. The repeated stuff goes automatic. The hot lead lands with an owner.

Agent answering the same hours and address

Automation takes the repeated question and sends the person to whoever wants to buy.

Lead comes in and waits for the team to wake up

The first reply goes out at once, with triage, and the chat lands in the right queue with an owner.

Forgotten proposal with no follow-up

The sequence reminds the owner and the CRM logs the stage, instead of depending on someone's memory.

How it runs

Triage chatbot

A menu or free question finds the topic and routes it. Who asks for a human goes to a human.

Queue rules

Routing by department and by agent, with an owner and a reply deadline on every conversation.

Next step in the CRM

The conversation becomes an opportunity with stage and value, so follow-up has a date and an owner.

24-hour window

Within 24 hours of the contact's last message, free text. Outside it, only a Meta-approved template.

Questions

Is this a mass blast?

No. It is automation of support and of the next step. Sending to someone who has not talked to you depends on a Meta-approved template and opt-in, under Meta's own rules.

Can automation make me lose a sale?

Only if it never hands back to a human. Here any conversation can be taken by a person at any time, and the manager sees in the panel who has no owner.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The flow is built in the interface, and the team can change a message or a rule without a developer.

Is there a ban risk?

The channel is Meta's Official API, with a verified number and the rules respected. Risk comes from off-policy content and from sending without consent, not from automation itself.
