1. Cancellation by the Client:
1.1. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to Chatsac.
1.2. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
1.3. If the Client is under a commitment period (e.g., 6 months), an early termination fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the commitment period will apply.
2. Cancellation by Chatsac:
2.1. Chatsac reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to services with immediate effect if the Client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments.
2.2. In cases where Chatsac terminates the service for reasons other than breach, the Client will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused service period.
3. Refunds:
3.1. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has commenced, except in cases where Chatsac terminates the service without cause.
3.2. Any fees paid for additional services or features are non-refundable.
4. Reinstatement:
4.1. If the Client cancels their subscription and later wishes to reinstate it, they must re-subscribe at the current rates and terms available at the time of reinstatement.
4.2. Previous rates and terms are not guaranteed upon reinstatement.
